Drinks With Broads

Drinks With Broads is a a pop culture newsletter delivered via Substack’s technology, with both free and paid tiers. When you purchase a subscription, you are gaining access to the paywalled posts and the newsletter’s lifetime archive, as well as the ability to comment on posts.

Content Delivery: All content is delivered digitally through the Substack platform via email and website access, and in some cases also the app.

Subscription Terms: Paid subscribers receive immediate access to past and future paid content upon payment confirmation. Free subscribers receive access to three weeks’ worth of online archives, after which all posts are automatically paywalled.

Billing, Payments, and Cancellations: All payment processing is handled through Substack’s partner, Stripe. We accept the major credit cards that Stripe accepts, which are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Stripe is PCI compliant and handles customer information securely. Substack bills subscribers every 30 days from the start of their subscription. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term, and the credit card used for the subscription is charged the subscription amount. Annual subscriptions renew automatically 12 months after the initial payment, and subscribers receive an email reminder about a week before the renewal date.

Cancellation Policy: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. If a subscriber cancels their subscription, it will end at the end of the billing period and they won't be charged again. However, paid subscriber benefits will continue until the end of the paid time period. After the subscription ends, the subscriber will automatically become a free subscriber.

Refund Policy: We process refund requests for paid subscriptions according to our discretion
