First off: I’M GONNA KILL AGNES IF SHE RUINS THIS FOR ADA. Like Bates before me, I will want to MURDER.
Having said that: This season of The Gilded Age feels SO much more assured, (mostly) better-paced, better-costumed, and frankly just more fun than last season. (And I liked last season!) I laughed out loud more than once this week. How enjoyable to see a show start to really hit its stride. Let’s get into it.
