Aaron Rodgers, French Chateaux, and...Poop?

As I was waiting to find out if I’d won Mega Millions on Tuesday night — rudely, I did not; if you’re the Floridian who did win, mazel tov, and I might need a loan for reasons I’m about to get into — I stumbled across something I wish I’d known years ago, if only for procrastination purposes. Savills, the British real estate firm, allows you to search specifically for castles for sale, simply by using the following URL and plugging the country in which you’d like to buy a castle into the final slot, as I did here for France: https://search.savills.com/com/en/list/castles-for-sale/france. 

If I’d known this previously, I would have spent so much time noodling around the internet looking at castles I could buy (with money I don’t have) and renovate (with knowledge I do not possess). And, honestly, some of these castles seem like a steal! Apparently, I can get a castle in rural France for less than the price of a small house in Los Angeles.
