Well, I didn’t think this episode was as funny, but let me caveat that by saying that last week’s was brilliant and thus there was always going to be a comedown from the highs of Renee Zellweger and Christoph Waltz. They tried, they really did. They brought in Da’Vine Joy Randolph, albeit in a tiny dose, and her insulting Florida as a concept healed a little part of my soul.
The victims: We have a new one. LESTR1 is an ex-robot. He is no more. He has gone to the great beyond. He is neither resting, nor pining for the fjords.
The building employees, resentful of being replaced by machines, kidnap LESTR and then he is found crushed by the fountain in much the same place as his human namesake.
