And Just Like That, "The Woman" Needs a New Ending

Will she get one? It's our recap of the penultimate episode of And Just Like That.

There are loads of rumors flying about the show’s cancellation — which I think we can all agree was a cancellation, and that HBO simply agreed to let Michael Patrick King try and save some face. Except then they immediately undercut him, because look what card appeared in the teaser for next week’s series finale:

Yep. SEASON finale. Not series. So either they really did pull the plug right after episode 10 aired, or no one at HBO could be bothered to go in and fix that graphic — and funnier still, MPK himself allegedly still says “season” finale on the writers’ podcast. They could have gone in and clipped out the word “season,” but no, they showed as much attention to these details as they did to the rest of the series.
